Welcome to the 47th Annual WIC Association of New York State Conference page! This year, we’re thrilled to bring together WIC professionals, advocates, and partners from across New York State for a vibrant virtual gathering on April 28-30, 2026. It’s a chance for us all to connect, share insights, and strengthen our commitment to supporting families through the WIC program.
We’re excited to welcome a diverse lineup of speakers and participants who share a passion for advancing the WIC mission. Together, we’ll explore new ideas, celebrate our collective achievements, and inspire one another for the year ahead.
About Us
The WIC Association of New York State (WICANYS) is a not-for-profit organization representing 85 local WIC agencies serving families across New York State. WICANYS strengthens and empowers local WIC agencies by fostering collaboration and professional development, and by advocating for funding, program improvements, and policies that enhance and expand access to WIC’s life changing nutrition and health services.
Who Attends
Each year, our Annual Conference convenes WIC directors, registered dietitians, nutritionists, lactation consultants, clerical staff, vendor managers, and state partners to strengthen practice, share innovations, and support the workforce serving women, infants, and children.

WICANYS Member: $235
Non-Member: $295
Registration includes access to all live virtual sessions, CE-eligible programming (pending approval), conference materials, and on-demand access for a limited period following the conference.

Conference Overview
Join us for the 47th Annual WIC Association of New York State Conference! Over three engaging days, from April 28th to 30th, sessions will run daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Each session will be an hour long, followed by 30-minute break. These breaks are designed for you to visit our sponsors and exhibitors, network, and explore the latest innovations in the field.
